He was quick to arrive at the castle. As he held Lilly, he could feel her trembles from the pain. Glancing down at her, he figured her thoughts were else where to deal with the pain. When he got closer to the castle, he slowed Raider to make her more comfortable. Right when he passed through the gates, maids were already pulling Lilly from him and out of the saddle. "Careful. She's hurt. An arrow in the shoulder. I've stopped the bleeding and the arrow wasn't poisoned." He watched them take Lilly before he took the horses to the stable. He would head up to see Lilly once he was done with the horses.

Lilly only reliesed they were back when one her maids started fussing over her. Didn't these hens have better things to do she wondered but was cut short by the pain. Ok so maybe the hens were good for something. Sitting in the chair like a good girl she sighed. Answering questions properly as the woman checked to see if she was in shock or not. That done they sent for Alanna to heal the princess. Lilly gritted her teeth as she waited her 'hens' clucking over her. Wincing as one touched her injured shoulder. She almost wanted to cry with relief as the gruffy guard came in the room. The woman look irritated but Lilly ignored it. Nodding as she looked away gripping the chair. The woman looked at the wound and put a hand over it and let it heal. The princesses grip loosened as the pain left with the wound. "Thanks", she said softly to the woman. Alanna simply bowed and made to leave the girls room.

Quickly, he unsaddled the horses, and put them in the correct stalls. He then dashed through the door he had entered with Alanna the first time he'd been here. He was down the hall and approaching Lilly's room. He then just realized something. Would Alanna skin him alive for going out there, without her, and with Lilly? Worry filled his soul as he approached the door. He about jumped out of his skin when he almost collided with Alanna as he approached the door.

Lilly glared at the nearest of her hens who started to come forth. "Out", she said tones soft but her violet gaze could burn. Watching the women leave threw the serveants door she looked to her door to see Alanna held up. Carefully she stood. Rubbing her shoudler. Alanna looked at him as she prevented her-self from walking into by inches. Dark eyes on him narrowed. "Prince Axel. Step in I wish a word with you two. You just saved me the search", she said her tones cool. The fact was he left and didn't tell her or take her with. Her job was to guard him she could get hung for such foolish acts on his behalf.

He heard Lilly ordering the maids out but he was petrified in his place at the moment. He could see that Alanna wasn't happy with him and he wasn't sure if he was ready for this talk they were going to have. When she ordered him into the room, he went without question, eyes averted from hers. He knew that he shouldn't have gone out, but it was done and that was it. Once in the room he stood beside Lilly's bed, he saw her shoulder was healed. To bad for her. Now she got to be apart of this.

Lilly looked up at them confussed as Axel came in and stood by her bed and Alanna closed and locked the door. Violet eyes went to him and her. What did she miss. "What.." she was cut off by a glare from Alanna. If she knew one thing it was how to pick her fights. She sat down on her bed looking at her wide eyed waiting. Alanna stood in the middle of the room arms crossed. Jaw clentched tight before she took a breath. "I should skin you alive", she hissed this was appointed to Axel. She advanced on him stopping before the bed. "Have you any idea what kind of trouble you could have gotten me in. What could have happened to you", she growled voice raising. She rounded on the princesses. "You are on your last straw missy sneaking out as much as you do", she informed her. Lilly bowed her head properlly ashamed. "What have you to say for your-selves", she snapped looking to the prince.

Having snake skin, the threat she used could become true within an instant. Eyes were still on the ground, even when she advanced towards him. He knew that anything could have happened to him, or even Lilly for him sneaking out. When Alanna turned towards Lilly. He didn't say anything or even move. Alanna was back pointing to him. He looked up at her, not liking the fierceness of her gaze. "I'm, sorry. I shouldn't have gone out. Everyone has continued to tell me that its unlikely that they would follow me all the way out here, and I figured that if I went out just once it wouldn't do any damage." He paused looking away from her. "I could've gotten Lilly killed today and I'm sorry." He didn't quite know what else to say.

Lilly just stared at the ground wondering when she could sneak out. Naughty of her yes but could you blame a girl? When your in love you do foolish things. Of course she didn't much know that was what it was. She listened waiting. Alanna watched Axel as he spoke dark eyes narrow. Snorting at what he said only because he was right. "Don't think so. The enemy always comes when you feel safest", she said from experince. This was getting to be to much for her. Lilly was sweet and careing but she was shot with an arrow, being scolded, and inside so she wasn't much in a good mood. "Ugh. I'm sorry mistress but I'm in no mood for war stories", she snapped. But right after saying it she blush and covered her lips eyes wide in surprise. Alanna looked at her when she spoke. Blinking not sure how to take this. Taking a step back she looked from Axel to Lilly. Her mind working tring to figure out how to react to this.

Axel didn't answer to her. He knew that, just didn't really want to believe that. It was at the most secure time when his family was killed. Same thing happened here only Lilly had gotten in the way. When Lilly spoke out at Alanna like she did, Axel looked up at Lilly in a shock, then over to Alanna, wondering what her reaction was. He was starting to think that Lilly was drifting off with her mind. Least she would be able to probably sneak back out, Axel wouldn't be attempting that again.

Alanna shifted and at last muttered a pretty string of curses. "Don't do it again", she growled at Axel and turned on her heel and went to the door and unlocked it storming out the door slamming behind her. Lilly watched her almost fearfully. Flinching when the door slammed. Hands slowly lowered. "Please tell em I didn't say that", she asked Axel hoarely. Wide violet eyes turened to him. Now she felt bad. She snapped at the woman who was only snarling at then for soemthing foolish she did. If she hadn't prssured Axel none of this would have happened. "I'm so sorry", she said looking at him,"I should have never asked you to go"

Axel flinched when the door slammed. He knew that Alanna was just being strict for there well being and knew Lilly knew that when she spoke after Alanna had left. He sighed and took a seat on the bed. This was so difficult to understand but he knew it. When Lilly apologized he shook his head. "No, its not your fault. I knew it could've happened and I should've been better at not going." He paused for a long moment before facing her. "Do you want anything?" He was going to try and find out how he could repay her for his life. He wondered if she would catch on to that was what he was aiming to do. He would be persistent on this as the same thing happened when his brother got nailed with an arrow.

She slowly calmed. The sooner she got out the better. Things wer getting to out of hand. Lilly looked at him when he asked his question not really hearing his telling her it wasn't her fault. Daydreaming would be the death of her one day. Head turned as she eyed him. "I told you already. Please don't badger the subject", she said voice softened. She got up from the bed and went to her wardrobe. "You can tell if you want I won;t blame you", she said. Finding a cloak she put it on and grabbed her boots. Sitting down she slipepd her lighter shoes off. Pulling her boots on. "I'll be back by tomorrow if not tonight", she told him. Careful not to tell him where or what she was going to do. But they both knew she was sneaking out. Lilly looked at her shoudler which the fabirc was stained with blood and torn. She shrugged the cloak over it ignoring the mess. "You must think me so very scattered acting this way. I'm not always liek this", she told him with a smile. "Sorry again", she said giving him a small peck on the cheek one that she would give a family member really. Moving to the servants stairs she stopped. "Be sure my hens don't find you", she told him and slipped down the hidden door. Talk about distracted.

He was going to say something to her but then she was up, heading towards her wardrobe? She was going back out there. "Lilly no. Who ever it was now could think of you as a target." When he was talking he could tell Lilly wasn't going to listen. He didn't want her going and getting herself hurt. Then she was gone. Down the servant stair case. With an annoyed eye roll he darted down the same staircase. "Lilly!" He darted down them to try and get her before he was gone.

Lilly of course ignored everything he said. It wasn't her fault really her attention was elsewhere. Sort of flying down the strais she stopped hearing her name which brought her back to present times with a blink. Turning she looked up to him. "What, hurry if you please", she said voice a soft tone. Gave went down the stair to see if anyone was on them glad there wasn't she looked to him to hear him out. Not likely she would do as he sayds or really pay mind to his words when she was set at going out.

Hurrying down the stairs, he was glad when she stopped and faced him. He knew what he was going to say probably wouldn't make a difference but he'd say it anyways. "I don't thinks safe for you to be going out there. We know that an assassin is out there and you could be a target for them to get the point across that they're here to kill.. I just think you should stay here." His eyes had a pleading looking in them. "I know you're probably going to see him and that you're safe with him, I'm just worried."
